Account deletion

Data that will be deleted

Your profile information, social checksheet data, Big Five and social data will be deleted.
Any Mëlon stock you hold and score-related values (including your level / Public Score) will be invalidated.
All friend relationships will be removed and cannot be restored.
Once deleted, an account and its data cannot be recovered for any reason.

Up to a 30-day processing period

After we receive your account deletion request, it may take up to 30 days for your data to be fully removed from our systems. Please note that you will not be able to sign in or use the app during this processing period.

How to request deletion

Automatic in-app account deletion is currently being prepared. For now, please email our support team to request account deletion.
