Payment methods
Payments for paid digital content and services are processed via Stripe Checkout provided by Stripe, Inc. From the mobile app, you will be redirected to Stripe’s payment page via an in-app web view (WebView).
We do not use native in-app purchases (IAP) through the Apple App Store or Google Play for these payments.
Delivery timing
Due to the nature of digital content, it will be provided immediately after payment is completed.
Returns and cancellations
Due to the nature of digital content, we generally cannot accept returns, cancellations, or refunds after purchase is confirmed.
However, if there is a reason attributable to us (e.g., duplicate charges or system issues), we may investigate and provide a refund within a reasonable scope. Refund operations follow Stripe’s and the card issuer’s policies. Please contact us at the email address above.
