The guest experience
Guests tap MëlPot with their phone to open the app, then choose from your host perks using mël they have earned through trust-building activity in Zatsmin. If the app is not installed yet, a light web page guides them to the store listing.

How onboarding works (outline)
- We reach out when signals like community support (the mël pool) meet our current threshold
- You apply via the waitlist and align with our team
- We finalize an initial menu set and day-to-day operations
- You go live on the map as a host
- After MëlPot arrives and is placed, guests tap to reach your perks
Fees (current policy)
Under the current policy, there is no charge for:
- Franchise or membership fee
- Initial onboarding fee
- The MëlPot device itself
If a change ever requires a venue-paid fee, we will disclose it clearly in advance and only proceed with mutual agreement.
How we think about host perks
We start from templates and can add your original ideas after alignment. We avoid perks that feel like a awkward cash discount clone; we prioritize experiences where space, time, and relationships fit naturally with mël.
Original menu proposals
Venue-specific menus go through a lightweight review so they stay lawful, safe, and aligned with Zaworld culture.
