Frequently asked questions
Can I start over with a new account?
If you delete your account, all past data (stock, social data, level, friend relationships, etc.) will be permanently removed. In general, we cannot restore or transfer deleted data. If you sign up again, you will start as a completely new account.
What should I do if I find an inappropriate user?
If you see behavior that violates the Terms of Service, please use Block and Report from the user’s profile screen in the app. Our operations team will review the report and may take appropriate actions (such as a warning or account suspension).
How do I keep my data when I change devices?
Install the Zatsmin app on your new device and sign in again with the same Google account you used at registration. Your data is stored on the server, so you can continue using it on the new device.
